Intuitive Painting Class for Moms

This workshop is for mamas who are craving time to reconnect and get creative!  Bring your baby (infants and crawlers) or come solo.  Moms of toddlers and older are also welcome, but those kids gotta stay home and give mom a break!

Intuitive painting is painting without thinking too much, getting in a flow and regaining your sense of self.  Creating in this way is not about the outcome; it is about hearing your own thoughts and giving your brain a break from your daily routine.  You will be immersed in color, texture, shapes, and different mediums.  I will guide you through some easy painting techniques with layers of acrylic paint, pastel, ink, and pencil.  No one will know how their painting will turn out and that's part of the fun!
